What should I do if I have other shipping issues?

If you are still experiencing shipping issues, please contact the carrier directly as they would be able to give you the most up-to-date information. If you are still experiencing issues or are unhappy with the shipping, please feel free to contact us by phone, email, chat, or text. Please know that we are unable to give more information than what is shown on the shipping carriers site.

Glam Seamless cannot be held responsible for any packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in the shipping process. We highly recommend adding Route Shipping Protection to your order at checkout in order to protect your package from these situations. Route protects your package during transit and they will be able to assist you in the event of a package issue.
