We offer exchanges on all items that are unopened, unused, and not final sale. Please note that the item must be returned in its entirety, including tester pieces if applicable. The process is very simple- you would just need to go onto our Returns page and enter in your six digit order number and email that was used to place the order. You will then be able to see a list of all items included in your order and you will be able to select whichever items you would like to exchange. Final sale items will be labeled as such. On the next screen, you can let us know exactly what you would like to exchange your item for. You can then print out the return label that is generated and mail your package back via USPS. The restocking fee does not apply to exchanges and the return label is pre-paid by Glam Seamless. Our team will receive and determine if your item is fit to be accepted back and at that point we will either send out the item you would like to exchange for, or we will reach out to let you know if an alternative is needed or if we need more information.
