Glam Seamless stands behind their product and provides a 60 Day Quality Control Guarantee. Should you be unhappy with the quality of your purchase, we are happy to help. Please fill out our Quality Control Form or contact one of our Customer Concierge Reps at (888) 401-6161.The Quality Control Guarantee protects extensions against manufacturing defects for 60 days from the date of purchase. We strongly advise you to reach out as soon as you feel you are experiencing any defects so we can assist you as best as possible! Please be advised that our Quality Control Guarantee does not cover slippage.

Once our Quality Control team reviews your submission, you may be asked to return the item for further inspection. Please note, should we require the item for review, we must receive the item within 14 business days. If we have not received your item within 14 business days, your submission will be closed with no further resolution available. The purchaser is responsible for the return postage and insurance, if desired. Please keep your tracking information to verify Glam Seamless has received your package. A final submission determination will be issued within 10 business days of receipt. If your item is found to be defective, a replacement or store credit will be provided. Please be advised, refunds will not be issued on Quality Control Submissions.
