Cancellations

Due to the high volume of orders placed daily, GLAM is unable to cancel an order once it is placed. Our warehouse works diligently and processes orders at a rapid speed as soon as they are placed with an automated system. For this reason we ask all of our customers to please double check their orders before proceeding to checkout. Should this situation occur where the cancellation cannot be made, if an item does not fall under our FINAL SALE category, we would be happy to accept it back for an exchange or refund once it is returned to our warehouse. If you need your extensions right away, GLAM recommends placing a new order and sending back the requested order for a refund should it not fall under FINAL SALE. If your item falls under that category we would be happy to provide a one time exception of a store credit or exchange, but no refunds will be allowed.
