Shipping and Order Overview

Due to the high demand of orders and our fast shipping, orders cannot be modified after they are placed. Please contact support@glamseamless.com if you have any questions or concerns regarding your order. If it is the weekend, our offices are closed and orders will ship next business day. If you placed a pre-order for an item out of stock, you will receive your order as soon as the item is back in stock (up to 6 weeks).A separate email will be sent when your order has shipped with the tracking information. If you do not see this email within a reasonable time frame, please check your spam folder prior to contacting Glam Seamless.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to hygienic and sanitary reasons there is a strict "no refund" policy on used product. If you are unhappy with the color or have an issue with the product you received, please contact our customer service team so that we can assist you further. (Once the product is removed from its original packaging and is installed we can no longer accept it back).

International customers (outside of United States) are responsible for applicable customs, duties, taxes and fees charged by your government.

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER: It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the address is entered correctly. In most cases, orders are shipped the next business day and address changes cannot be made after 5 p.m. EST on the day of your order. Please double check the address as we will NOT be responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that was entered by the buyer.
