-A. SHIPSI Instant Delivery is the speedy alternative to traditional shipping that allows you to get your order within hours.
Q. How do I choose SHIPSI Instant Delivery?
-A. Simply enter your shipping address at checkout, and if you’re located within 10 miles of our flagship salon in SoHo, NY and it’s during business hours, SHIPSI Instant Delivery will appear as one of your shipping options. Select SHIPSI Instant Delivery and then finish placing your order.
Q. What if SHIPSI Instant Delivery doesn’t show up as a shipping option?
-A. SHIPSI will only show up if your address is within 10 miles of our flagship salon, your items are all available, and it is within business hours.
Q. How do I know if i’m within 10 miles of your flagship salon? Where is your salon located?
-A. We are located at 456 W BROADWAY, NEW YORK, NY 10012.
Q. During what times is SHIPSI Instant Delivery available?
-A. 11AM-5PM EST, Monday-Saturday
Q. How do I know when my order will be delivered?
-A. All SHIPSI Instant Delivery orders will be delivered within 3 hours after your order has been placed. You will also receive real-time tracking and updates from SHIPSI, so that you know exactly where your delivery is along the way.
Q. How much does SHIPSI Instant Delivery cost?
-A. The SHIPSI Instant Delivery price will appear at checkout after you’ve entered your shipping address.
Q. Who will deliver my order?
-A. A SHIPSI driver will pick up your order from our flagship salon and deliver it to your address.
Q. What do I do if I have a problem with the delivery?

Q. Can I request a contactless delivery?
-A. There’s no need! In order to keep you and our drivers as safe as possible, all deliveries are currently contactless.
Q. What measures is SHIPSI taking to ensure my delivery is safe during COVID-19?
-A. Your safety and the safety of their drivers is SHIPSI’s top priority. SHIPSI conducts contactless delivery as well as provides their drivers with masks, gloves, and sanitization supplies. We also recommend that you sanitize any item before bringing it into your home.
