Store Credit and Refunds

Finding the right color and extension may be tough, but we try to work with every customer in the event that the purchased extensions are not a good fit. Extensions can be exchanged or returned as long as the item is not a final sale item and is unopened. There is a 60 day return window from date of receipt and all items included in the original packaging must be returned (ex. tester piece). If it is after the window of time and you ship the order back to Glam Seamless, only a store credit can be issued. Please note we do not accept returns on worn hair or final sale hair. Once your product is sent back to us and received by our warehouse it does take two-three business days for them to receive,  process and log your return. This process will take up to 5-7 business days before a return is issued back to the original form of payment and there is a $10 return shipping fee, this will be waived if you are doing an exchange. If you need a new order right away, you can still fill out your return and send it back to us and you can place your new order right away. Once we receive your old items we will refund your original order right away.Please visit here to begin the return process:

We recommend contacting us for color match assistance in the case that the extensions are being returned because of an incorrect shade. Send us photos so we can send you a few free color swatches and get you the right color and get a quick exchange going for you with the right color. Again, please note final sale items are not allowed for a return. If you would prefer to contact us directly at 888.401.6161 and one of our Stylist Representative's will be able to assist you.
