Order Status

Getting your extensions to you is important to us. From the moment that you place your order up until you receive it, we try to keep you as updated as possible on your order status. 

Any orders placed before 5pm EST from Monday to Friday for in-stock items will be processed the same day. Once your order is processed, we will send you an order confirmation to the email provided at checkout. If an order includes an out of stock item, the complete order will be held until it is back in stock and will automatically be shipped out.

An email is also sent once the order is packed and shipped out with the tracking information. Once the order is shipped and in the possession of the carrier, all tracking information will be provided and updated by that carrier.
